The North Forty Rates

It is possible to arrange for exclusive use of the North Forty for $1,000 on weekdays and $1,200 on weekends, either in the daytime or in the evening. The rental period is for four hours. This option gives you full use of all rental spaces.

Available house wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay and White Zinfandel.

We will not serve alcohol to guests who are younger than 21, and guests may be asked to provide proper identification. We reserve the right to terminate bar service for any individual if we deem it necessary.

Staffing Fees

  • Staffing: $20.00 per hour, per employee
  • Gratuity: Our hardworking staff appreciate gratuities. We will add a gratuity of 18% of total alcohol and/or food sales to the final bill, or if you prefer we will leave it at your discretion. We will ask your preference when we book your event.
