Wedding Packages

Intimate Wedding

Garden or Indoor Ceremony

  • One hour Rental Sunday-Thursday before 7:00 pm; Friday & Saturday before 12:00 pm
  • Up to 20 guests, $100.00;
    additional guests $10.00 per person
  • Rentals must be booked two weeks in advance.

    Garden or Indoor Ceremony

  • Includes officiate or flowers, small wedding cake and punch, china and glassware.
  • One hour Rental Sunday-Thursday before 7:00 pm; Friday & Saturday before 12:00 pm
  • Up to 20 guests $400.00; additional guests $10.00 per person
  • Rentals must be booked one month in advance.

Honeymoon Suite

for the bride and groom
  • Enjoy your own private Honeymoon Suite with complimentary champagne and breakfast the next morning. $100.00
  • Additional guests may breakfast with you at $12.50 per person.
  • Maximum 10 people; 48-hour notice required.

Private Parties

The North Forty has two indoor rental spaces: the Four Seasons Porch and The Foyer. We also offer the Great Lawn for rental, and it is possible to arrange for exclusive use of the entire facility as well.


Entertaining is easy at the North Forty-- you'll feel like a guest at your own party.
