The North Forty is a perfect setting for your company's retreats, workshops, and parties. Our Four Seasons Porch seats as many as 60 people. The Foyer seats up to 30. Both spaces can be arranged in conference, banquet, or theater style to suit your needs.

The North Forty has two indoor rental areas and one outdoor rental area, beginning at $200. It is also possible to arrange the exclusive use of the entire facility, at rates beginning at $1,000.

Meeting Package

Four Seasons Porch or The Foyer

  • Monday through Friday before 4:00 p.m.
  • $250.00 Day
  • Includes set-up of tables, chairs and linens, and water service. Additional service staff may be available.
  • Add continental breakfast with juice and coffee, your choice of gourmet sandwich or salad at lunch, and an afternoon dessert and snack break for $25.00 per person (11.25% tax & 18% gratuity).
  • Room rental waived with at least 40 paid guests.

Room Specifications

  • The Four Seasons Porch seats 40 banquet style, 60 theater style, and 20 conference style.
  • The Foyer seats 38 banquet style, 30 theater style and 10 conference style.
  • No audio-visual equipment is provided; feel free to bring your own.
